There is a problem with Windows installer package. A DLL required for this installation to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

This type of error or warning is displayed for different reasons such as: Disk problems, High storage of temporary files, Corrupt Windows registries or Security policies.

Solution #1: Security permissions.

The user does not always have the privilege to manage all the files and folders of the Windows operating system, so the necessary permissions must be enabled to proceed with the installation package.

Most installation packages unzip plugins to the temporary files folder in Windows after completing their installation.

How to grant administrative privileges in Windows to the temporary folder.

First step: Find the location of the “Temp” folder, there are several ways to find it.

Typing the following text at Windows startup “%Temp%” without the quotes with the percentage symbols.

Another way is by writing the following text in the Windows address bar “%Temp%” without the quotes with the percentage symbols.

It can also be tried on your keyboard by pressing the Windows key + R combination, this will automatically open a form in which you can type %Temp%.

Second step: Delete all the files that are in the temporary folder.

Third step: Right click on the folder and select properties, a characteristics form will automatically open.

Fourth step: Click on the security tab.

Fifth step: Add administrator users and change permissions by clicking the "Edit" button. The security form will automatically open.

Sixth step: Add the missing users, in this case "SYSTEM and the local user", by clicking on the "Add" button.

Seventh step: Select the users.

Write the user “SYSTEM” > Click on the “Check Names” button > Click on the “OK” button > Select all privileges > Click on the “OK” button.

Eighth step: Do the same procedure with the missing user.

Solution number #2: Corrupt installation package.

It usually happens when the file is downloaded and spends a long time stored on the computer and the drive has bad sectors, when that installation package is transferred to another drive, it may have been corrupted on the other storage drive.

It is recommended to re-download the setup file from a trusted source and run it again.

Solution number # 3: Cleaning.

Clean the operating system of all temporary files, either by downloading recognized cleaning software or by using the Windows disk cleanup tool.
