First step: It is done through the Terminal.

Second step: Write the following command “sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder”, without the quotes and press the Enter key.

Third step: Enter the password with which the user is unlocked and press Enter.

Fourth step: Close the console and Restart the computer.

Mac OS X Mavericks: dscacheutil -flushcache;sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
